Hi, I'm Michael Niebur. I spend summers at my place located at 4781 Retreat Rd. off Hwy 371. I have been married to my beautiful wife, Susan, for 30 years. We have 20 children (all boys): one biological son. three stepsons, two adopted sons, and fourteen foster sons. We also have three grandchildren.
I spent 35 years with the BNSF Railway as an instructor in the Engineering Department. The last 8 years I worked at my railroad consulting firm, Niebur & Sons Inc.
My winter home is in Gladstone, Mo. My hobbies are fishing, flying, travel, and golf (I try).

Hi, My name is Nancy Gervais. I am married to Matt Gervais. We have 4 children; Sam, (26), Sarah (24), Ben (20), and Becca (18). We have been on Round Lake for 16 years. I love living on the lake! We live on Peterson Rd.. Our immediate neighbors are seasonal, so it gets pretty quiet in the winter!
In addition to being a stay at home mom, I also have a quilting business. Quilters bring me their pieced tops and I add the batting and a back fabric then using a hand-guided machine quilt the layers together, This will be my 11th year and I still loive it.
Some of my hobbies include: quilting, biking, reading, and boating. I think it is great to visit Gull lake but always happy to get back to our smaller and usually quieter Round lake.
I am happy to join the Board. I look forward to meeting new people and helping preserve our beautiful lake.
